When you contact Eleticle, we may collect your name, company, email address, phone number, message content, and related enquiry details.
When you browse the website, basic technical and usage information may be collected, such as pages visited, device type, browser type, approximate location, referral source, and performance data.
How contact form submissions are handled
Contact form submissions are sent to Eleticle by email so the enquiry can be reviewed and answered directly.
Please do not include confidential or highly sensitive information in the website form. If sensitive details are required, Eleticle will arrange an appropriate channel after initial contact.
Analytics, cookies, and tracking
The website currently uses Vercel Analytics to understand page views and basic site performance. Eleticle may also use Google Search Console to monitor indexing and search visibility.
The website does not intentionally use advertising cookies or behavioural advertising pixels. If Google Analytics 4 or other analytics tools are added later, this policy should be updated to reflect that change.
Booking tools
The current booking flow is a contact session request through the website contact page. No separate booking platform is currently required for the website flow.
Third-party providers
Eleticle may use third-party providers for website hosting, content delivery, email, analytics, spam protection, development operations, and backups.
Email for the contact form is currently sent through Zoho Mail. Website analytics are currently provided through Vercel Analytics.
Overseas disclosure
Some website, email, hosting, analytics, or support providers may process or store limited information outside Australia. Eleticle does not claim that all website data is stored only in Australia unless this has been verified for the relevant provider and service.
How we use information
Eleticle uses enquiry information to respond to messages, discuss possible services, provide support, maintain business records, improve the website, and meet legal or administrative obligations.
Eleticle does not sell personal information.
Retention
Basic enquiry information is retained for as long as needed to respond to the enquiry and maintain reasonable business records. In general, enquiries may be retained for up to 24 months unless a longer period is needed for an ongoing client relationship, legal requirement, or dispute resolution.
