George Bai founded Eleticle to help businesses turn AI from a loose experiment into controlled workflow support. Based in Brisbane, he combines engineering, data science, automation, and operational delivery experience.
His background includes a PhD in Engineering from The University of Queensland and hands-on work across predictive modelling, machine vision, digital twins, process improvement, and optimisation projects. At Eleticle, that experience is applied to private AI systems that are scoped, tested, documented, and useful for everyday operations.
