George Bai founded Eleticle to make AI useful in everyday business operations. Based in Brisbane, he brings together mineral processing engineering, data science and automation to build practical workflows that keep people in control of important decisions.
Through Eleticle, George has successfully helped small and medium-sized businesses across a range of industries streamline their day-to-day operations. Examples include finance brokers, a car rental company and tourism operators in Brisbane, with work spanning enquiries, document checks, inbox triage and reporting. Each workflow reduces repetitive work while keeping a person responsible for the decisions that matter.
George began his career as a processing engineer. His PhD at The University of Queensland applied modelling and AI to mineral processing operations. He has since built industrial digital twins and predictive models for mining and energy companies. More recently, he has developed AI agents and AI-powered workflows for energy trading and day-to-day industrial operations.
