About George
George Bai is the founder of Eleticle and the direct lead on client delivery. Based in Brisbane, he brings more than a decade of experience across process engineering, project delivery, and applied data science in mining, resources, and energy operations.
His background includes a PhD in Engineering from The University of Queensland and hands-on delivery of predictive modelling, machine-vision monitoring, digital twins, and optimisation projects across Australian industrial environments. At Eleticle, he applies that experience to keep AI work scoped, practical, and measurable for local small and mid-sized businesses.
