What is built

  • Import of historian, laboratory, target, calibration, delay, reagent and dispatch-lot files, with saved mapping templates and multi-day packs split by period.
  • Versioned calculations: moisture and dry basis, period aggregation, a recovery formula chosen from a catalogue and locked to the site, accountability with declared inventory, component consistency, and tolerances derived from your stream accuracies.
  • A period lifecycle with value status, audited provisional-to-actual replacement, findings, signatory close and reopen, and PDF and XLSX report packs that name every provisional value.

What data is used

  • Your plant’s daily and shift exports as CSV or XLSX, uploaded on the review cadence your team chooses.
  • Your site configuration: shifts, streams, balance nodes, units, targets, stream accuracies, time model and signatories.

What AI may do

  • Describe what changed in a period and prepare questions for the metallurgist.
  • Draft one clearly labelled review note that names every provisional value.
  • Answer questions from accepted results and their evidence.

What it does not do

  • Not the metal accounting system of record, and no AMIRA P754 compliance claim.
  • Single-concentrate circuits only in this version; no multi-product reconciliation.
  • No live historian, LIMS or DCS connection, no setpoint recommendation, and no root-cause claims.

Human review

The app calculates and flags. A signatory signs.

The assistant is scoped around clear boundaries: what it can read, what it can prepare, what must be reviewed, and what should stay manual.

Only a current signatory reviews, closes, finally closes or reopens a period, and the role is recorded at the time of the action.
Replacing a provisional value is an audited action with a mandatory reason and a new revision; the superseded revision stays readable.
